At BOTA, we stand behind the quality and purpose of everything we create. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns (Change of Mind)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

All tags and protective materials must be intact

Proof of purchase is required
How to Start a Return
Please contact us before sending anything back:
Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified of approval or rejection

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
Where an order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by BOTA may be deducted from the refund amount.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Warranty (Manufacturing Faults)
All BOTA bags are covered by a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects under normal use.
This does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or improper care
Sale & Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale or heavily discounted are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
However, they remain fully covered for manufacturing faults under Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Your Consumer Rights
This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which are not limited by anything stated above.
